The 10″ Hoffman Pole Climbers were built specifically for climbing! The Pole Climber Series of boots is Hoffman’s most heavy-duty boots made.
- 7-8 ounce oil-tanned leather upper
- Dual steel shanks for climbing
- Brass hooks and eyelets
- Triple-stitched uppers
- 14-16 ounce leather vamp (Dual layer)
- Break in time estimated at 80 hrs. wear
Claw Lug Soles are a special order, and may not be returned.

Great work boot – My dad was a lineman, he had these boots resoled (not by Hoffman) and the boots shrunk , so he handed them onto me and I use them as work boots and I love them. I’ve used them for about a year and no signs of wear other than stitching on the inside heel has been worn from years of climbing, but it has yet to effect the boots. Very heavy duty, I would recommend.
