We want you to be satisfied with any item that you purchase from us. Any un-worn item can be returned for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges are not refundable! All merchandise must be returned within 45 days for a refund or an exchange. If a product is found to be defective, Hoffman's will be repair, replace, or refund your item. This will be determined after your product is received and inspected.
To Return an Item - Please repack your return for shipping. Include a note with your name, address, telephone number, and reason for the return. You will be responsible for getting your merchandise back to our factory. You may pick the shipper of your choice (UPS, USPS, Fed Ex ) We highly recommend insuring your package. Once your return is received, we will quickly process your request. Sorry, but we can not accept COD returns. Any package sent COD, will not be accepted.
Exchanges or Refunds - Include a copy of your invoice with a telephone number and reason for the return. Return to the address above. It is best to write on the invoice itself and return this with your boots. If you want to exchange your item for a different size, be sure to specify the size and width needed. If a refund is requested, please state this on your invoice.
Your first exchange, for qualifying orders, will be shipped back "UPS Ground" at no expense to the original buyer. If a boot needs to be exchanged again, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee. This service is not included outside of the lower 48 states.
Shipment Times - PLEASE CHECK CURRENT LEAD TIMES!
Rush Orders - Sometimes during the year, Hoffman Boot orders increase substantially leading to longer than normal wait times. Hoffman's offers a "Rush Service" if you need your product ASAP. This service guarantees your package will leave the factory within 2-4 business days. This does not include the ship time to get to you. This is for production time of your boots only. Please check the build up time on our web-site before ordering the rush service.
Backorders - We make every effort to keep all items in stock. However, if your item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you on the wait time and the time frame that the item will be back in stock. Your order will not be canceled, unless you choose to do so.
ADDRESS CORRECTION FEE - A 18.00 address correction fee will be assessed for any address corrction made by UPS to reroute your package to the correct address.
