Slightly Disappointed – My boots are in serious need of repair after only 400 hours of wear, half of what I was hoping for when I purchased them. The sole is doing reasonably well, but the stitching is coming apart and the leather is tearing. Â
Definitely less durable than their 7.5 oz leather loggers, but on the up side they were far more comfortable and the break in time was shorter.
I also found the calf and heel area of the boots offer too much room compared to the toe, which I suppose must have affected the durability. It’s why I’m not rating it any lower than 4/5.
