John Wright--Retired Forester I have two pair of corks. these boots are used when I'm marking and examining timberland. I was able to walk around this winter with the ice crust and snow without slipping or falling. Old people can't afford to fall. might be the start of BAD things. The best saying is keep your powder dry, your butt happy, and your feet under your shoulders. I like to keep sharp calks. I never know when I might have to climb someone butt. Fast shipping. Fred Loaiza They really work great. I’ve never had steel corks on my boots before.You have to be careful what you step on, eg., electrical cords, air hoses and anything you care about. They are very sharp!
