Warranty is made to the original customer.

Hoffman's warrants that boots are merchantable and free of defects in workmanship and material at the time of shipment from the company's factory.

Hoffman's will repair or, at its option, replace any boot, which under normal use, fails to conform to this warranty. This does not pertain to close-out models or bargain cave boots.

Please return your boots by ground mail to us to evaluate.

Bargain cave and close-out models are not warrantied. Full warranty only pertains to full price items.

Hoffman's will repair and replace boots without charge for materials or service, provided that the defective boot or boots are returned with dated proof of purchase to the company's factory, postage paid, within 90 days from the date of delivery of the boots to the original purchaser. If there is no dated proof of purchase, the cost of repair or replacement will be prorated based on sole wear.

Hoffman's shall not be liable for any damage or loss beyond replacement, repair, or refund of the purchase price.

Hoffman's liability shall be limited exclusively to repairing or replacing the boots under conditions as aforesaid, and in no event will the company be liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to, economic losses or injuries sustained while wearing Hoffman's boots.

BARGAIN CAVE BOOTS DON'T COME WITH A WARRANTY. BOOTS ARE SOLD "AS IS".

The staff at Hoffman's does their best to help you pick the pack boot that is best for you. There are a variety of factors that may influence this. Wind chill, along with outside temperature, socks, body movement and circulation, can all influence your choice. If you are having a hard time choosing what is best for you, please give our knowledgeable sales staff a call.
