Hoffman Boots guarantees its footwear to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Hoffman Boots offers a 12 month conditional warranty from time of purchase.

To qualify for warranty consideration, boots must have at least 75% of the original outsole life remaining and must be submitted within 12 months of the original purchase date.

All warranty claims are subject to evaluation and approval at the discretion of Hoffman Boots. If a covered defect is confirmed, Hoffman Boots will repair the boots when repair is practical. If the boots cannot reasonably be repaired, Hoffman Boots may replace them.

Discounted, clearance, or closeout boots are not covered under this warranty.

Proof of purchase may be required to verify the purchase date. If a purchase date cannot be confirmed, Hoffman Boots will evaluate the boots based on their condition, age, and level of wear, and warranty eligibility will be determined at our discretion.

Normal wear and tear, including damage resulting from regular use, is not considered a defect and is not covered under warranty.

Hoffman Boots responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the boots, as determined by Hoffman Boots. Hoffman Boots shall not be responsible for any additional, incidental, or consequential damage or
loss.
