Mathew Judd I have two pair of these boots. I bought the second pair so I could give my original pair to a person that I love and wanted them to know what a great boot felt like. These are a must if you live in the mountains. Your feet and especially your heels will thank you. Also the ankle straps save socks from excess unwanted movement that ends up wearing the socks out.
