Douglas $25.00 for a pair of memory foam inserts that came completely bent in half, and from the looks of it had been that way for quite a while. Unable to get the creasing out. The company also charged me $31.55 for shipping which I never agreed to pay. The item itself was only $25. I have purchased multiple pairs of boots and equipment from Hoffman and am completely disappointed in the poor quality I had received them in. Spoke to a representative at Hoffman to let them know I was unaware I was paying more for shipping than I was for the actual item itself, was requested to return the item for a full refund. Will update my review based upon the company's response.
