The Grizzly boot is an ideal boot for outdoor work, hiking or hunting with uppers made with leather and Kevlar. This boots is abrasion resistant and waterproof. Microfiber collar and bellows for greater all day comfort. Rear spoiler collar made with protective Lycra® that prevents intrusion of external materials from around the top of the boot. A rubber rand circles the boot for extra durability. . Wedge sole with a differentiated density EVA for added foot comfort and a Vibram Teton sole for longevity. Calk sole available upon request.
The majority of customers go down 1/2 size in this boot.

Gary Varney Perfect fit. Sized as advertised. Very rugged, light weight. I wore them around the house. They are almost broken in. Expensive but very worth the cost.

Kris Wilson I perfect balance of flexibility and rigidity in the soleand shank for steep rugged terrain with a load. These may be my favorite boots for harvest layout and timber cruising. Comfortable out of the box and appear to be built tough for the long haul. Waterproof for certain all the way to the top. I found them pretty true to size for a 13. All in all a very well made and thought out boot. I hope the Fitwell relationship is expanded with Hoffman to give more access to other models. I'm running the caulk version for reference.

Lars Gregovich Got the 10" Grizzly with the calks for hunting the coastal SE Alaska rainforest. Great setup for steep, timbered hillsides and frozen ground. Size ran true for me - EU 43 / US 9.5. I would say these are a low to mid-volume boot and not for wide feet.
